CASHMERE BUY BACK RECYCLING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Ryan Roche "100 for 100" Cashmere Recycling Buy Back Program invites you to participate in a program that offers a $100 Ryan Roche site credit in exchange for 100% cashmere knitwear, regardless of the brand. The program is simple to participate in and incurs no cost to you.

Please follow these instructions to participate:
1. Add the desired quantity of 100% cashmere garments you would like to send to us, regardless of brand, to your cart.
2. At checkout, select the free ground shipping option and provide your billing and shipping information and email address.
3. Upon receipt of your buy-back order, Ryan Roche will send you a complimentary shipping label to return the cashmere garments.
4. After receipt and verification that the items are 100% cashmere, you will receive a $100 credit merchandise code for each item via email, which can be redeemed on any full-price item in the Ryan Roche collection. Please allow up to 10 business days for the email to arrive. Note that each full-price item is eligible for only one $100 discount code and these codes cannot be combined with other discounts, however, they are transferable. Sale items are not eligible for use with the discount code.
5. By sending the items to Ryan Roche, you confirm that they are 100% cashmere knitwear and agree to transfer the property and ownership rights of the items to Ryan Roche. Ryan Roche reserves the right to refuse to issue a credit for any item that is not 100% cashmere.
6. Ryan Roche is not responsible for any packages that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, undeliverable, or received for any technical or other reasons.
7. Ryan Roche has the final decision on how the donated items will be handled, whether they will be repurposed, resold, donated, or recycled.

By participating in the program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Limitation of Liability. You acknowledge and agree that Ryan Roche shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the program or the use of the site credit.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Ryan Roche and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the program.

Intellectual Property. You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights related to the program and the use of the site credit are owned by Ryan Roche, and you shall not use, reproduce, or modify any such intellectual property without Ryan Roche's prior written consent.

Dispute Resolution. Any disputes or disagreements arising out of or in connection with the program or the use of the site credit shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgement on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
